Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please refer to our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligible Return Cases

Not satisfied with the product
You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and

  • Still in its original packaging.

Damaged during shipping

  • Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.

  • If the item appears clearly damaged, refuse the delivery and return it directly to the delivery staff.

  • Then, contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Wrong item or defective product

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Upon verification, we will send you a replacement (subject to availability) at no additional cost.

2. Return Conditions & Costs

  • Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving the item.

  • Please contact us via phone to confirm the return before sending anything back.

  • Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, and be unused.

Applicable fees (if not due to our fault):

  • Return shipping, repackaging, cash-on-delivery, and communication fees: up to 20% of the order value.

  • For change-of-mind returns: a handling fee of 30,000 VND will be applied.

  • Exchanges are only available for products of equal or higher value. The customer must cover any price difference.

3. Return Process

Step 1:
Inspect the product carefully upon delivery. If there’s any issue, notify our support team while the delivery staff is still present.

Step 2:
If issues are discovered after delivery, contact our Customer Support Center to arrange a return or exchange.

Step 3:
Once confirmed, we’ll coordinate the return or exchange process as appropriate.

  • If the issue is caused by us or the delivery service, we will cover all related costs.

  • If the return is requested by the customer, fees will apply as outlined above.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
